Dumped 99% means that 99% of the coins were deposited back in the pool. (the 50% that was paired with just 1k usd at the time (!) ) and then not vitalik bought the entire supply in one candle for just a few eth that he printed out of thin air anyway.. but even if not, that would have cost just 10-20k nice marketing stunt zero cost. only profit.
