We want to encourage people to make memes and participate. for a growing platform you need to have a space for new people to feel like they made their mark. it’s going to just feel like an inside joke if only ogs have power to shape the top. but if you keep likes and votes separate then you have two spaces. one for the people who are just trying it out (which will be most people right since we are supposed to grow). the space should allow for for the newbies to shine.
