Exclude burn will probobly only be needed in large time frame sorting, like "yearly" or "all time" for when you want to see the highest voted post ever for example when sorted by monthly / daily weekly / they will only appear once in a while and not clutter/skew the search result so we can have the check box appear only when we select a time frame above a month (half a year and above = "yearly" and "all time")
