That would be like an nft.. a better way is to hash the jpeg itself and include the hash of the jpeg to every vote tx you can't turn the hash into an image but you can prove that it's a hash of the image if you have the original image so the tx acts as a timestamp on chain with the image data to be honest though, i don't know how to feasible it is yet to implement and also adding memo to a tx will cost more in tx fees, so maybe it can be as an option to tick. just theory talk for now though we have to focus on improving what we have first updates soon!
